​Experienced HR professional with extensive knowledge of the full employment life-cycle, now  focusing on developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing funding strategies, and ensuring efficient operational management for RYSE.

Qualified interpreter and translator with extensive experience working in multicultural environments and considerable expertise in accompanying refugees throughout their integration journey. Currently fully dedicated to managing the RYSE projects.

With over fifteen years of expertise in direct marketing and fundraising, she excels today as Funding and Strategy Coordinator. Her strong interpersonal skills and adaptability enable her to forge partnerships, secure funding, and maximize the organization’s impact.

​A qualified social worker, deeply committed to the cause of migrants and refugees in Luxembourg. A former RYSE beneficiary herself, she plays a key role in advancing projects, driven by a deep and nuanced understanding of the realities faced by those she supports. She is currently fully dedicated to the PrePAIR project.

Currently training as a social worker, she has been committed since her arrival in Luxembourg to supporting refugees and facilitating their integration. A former RYSE beneficiary and a vital resource for the team due to her deep understanding of beneficiaries’ needs, she is currently dedicated to the NetWORK project.

An expert in coordination and leadership of associations dedicated to refugees, she applies her skills as the lead of the RecruitME project. As a specialized trainer, she combines the use of theatrical techniques with a structured approach to support the professional integration of RYSE beneficiaries.

A former RYSE beneficiary, now serving as receptionist, he plays a key role in welcoming and assisting visitors and supporting daily operations. His native Arabic and valuable first hand experience is essential for connecting with Arabic-speaking beneficiaries
